For those who haven't been through Discovery Training - I feel very sorry for you.  For those that have been to Discovery, you know how great it is!  I went through Discovery in April of 2008, and I can say without hesitation that it was a life changing experience.  I can also say without hesitation that it's impossible to explain Discovery!  About the best I can come up with, so far, is this: if you think your life is perfect, and you feel 100% comfortable in all of your interpersonal relationships, then you don't need Discovery.  For the rest of us, it's well worth it.
